For about two days now, whenever I try to play games on Steam, the games will load but then they will completely crash my computer.  The screen turns white and eventually the computer will shut itself down.  What's weird is when I've run games outside of steam, my computer is completely fine. I've opened up my computer to clean out any dust (didn't see any), updated any and all drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled steam and games, downloaded software to monitor temperature and fan speed - still the problem persists.  I am new to PC gaming, so my knowledge is limited to me using search engines to find solutions.  Thank you for any and all help.

hi

When you say it crashes with steam..
Are these games also, powerful, equivalent, that you have tried without steam?
Do you have another game platform, origin, epic game and it works?
Did something different happen, before the problem, an update, for example?
you say you have checked the temperatures, what are they?

the computer, turns off, and when you restart no problem, it restarts normally?
