Hi, my computer frozen so many times, i buy 1 month ago, since the first day i buy this computer i had this problem.

This happen when: im playing games, restart computer, or/and when the liquid circulates in the refrigeration system...

I don't know what to do i already install lastest drivers and check everything but looks, okay.

Im using Desktop computer.

 

the description of my pc is:

 

Operating system: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Microprocessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 

System memory: 16 GB 

Memory slot 1: 8GB Kingston 2667MHz

@TheChoppa , welcome to the forum.

 

A computer freezing can be caused by many things.  We could spend a lot of time working through them, but my suspicion is that your best option is to contact the seller for help.  When having this many problems in the first month, it may only get worse.  If you bought the computer from HP Store you should contact HP Customer Service.  You have a great computer and I want you to be able to enjoy it without these problems.
