Hi,

Currently facing a issue where my computer is crashing randomly when gaming.

Tried doing a power cycle, emergency reset and installing newest gpu driver and updating the machine via HP assistant.

Changed PSU and GPU but the issue persists seems like the issue might be connected to the ram but i am unable to find any manuals on how they are supposed to be setup so troubleshooting this is hard.

On the GPU that followed with the computer when i bought it the screen turns off randomly and the computer has to be hard reset to work again. On the 2nd GPU the computer just bsod's and reboots instantly without me being able to see the error code. No logs are produced from any of the crashes.

Issue also persists after reinstalling the OS.

Would be great if you could give me any tips on further troubleshooting. 😀

Tested swapping the memory and the issue persists in all configurations.
