I am trying to connect my Xbox to a HP Elite one 800G1 computer with a  display port to HDMI cable but  I cannot figure out how to change from PC being there is no menu but on the computer.

Which shows it has

 

Front:
  • (2) USB 2.0 ports
  • (2) USB 3.0 ports, microphone, headphone
Rear:
  • (4) USB 2.0 ports
  • (2) USB 3.0 ports, stereo audio out, line in, RJ-45 Ethernet, PS/2 mouse and keyboard, VGA, (2) DisplayPort with multi-stream4, power connector, RS-232 serial port

No you can't connect XBox your computer. Connecting 2 video OUT ports won't give you anything if not damage both .
