I was wondering since my current case is fitted with a UATX board that I am able to fit it with either MATX or ATX

@Pface , welcome to the forum.

HP has their motherboards made to their specifications.  This means they are not necessarily the same as a retail version.  The main problem that I have seen with installing a new motherboard into a HP case is the holes in the motherboard matching the stand-offs in the case.  Also, there have been reports that the front connectors on the motherboard don't match the connectors in the case.  There are no specifications for upgrading the motherboard.  Therefore, I have no way of knowing if there are even stand-offs for other Form Factor motherboards.
