Ok thanks, i'll upgrade my cpu to the I7 7700, and keep my gpu,  then save up more, and get the rtx 2060 and psu. Thankyou so much for your time and your help. I appreciate it so much. Thankyou.

Again, you cannot upgrade to the 9000 series. The only CPU upgrade you can achieve is the 7700 on that motherboard.
