Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a tg 01-1022 with the Intel i3 101000 and had a 1650 super and 300w PSU. I have upgraded the PSU to the 500w from an HP envy and upgraded my GPU to a 3060-12gb. My question is what are my options as far as CPU upgrades on the baker motherboard? From what I've seen it has to stay with a 65w chip. So I am wondering if I have to stay in 10th gen Intel or is it possible to move to 11th seeing as it is still using the Lga 1200 socket?

If you were wondering what the difference is between the Intel Core i7-10700 and the Intel Core i7-10700F, the main difference is that the Intel Core i7-10700F does not support the onboard Intel graphics.
