Komputer się restartuje przy próbie włączenia gry lub programu do testu grafiki. Zasilacz oraz grafika nie są uszkodzone, tak samo pamięć ram oraz dysk SSD. Został uaktualniony BIOS, niestety nie ma wpływu na pracę komputera. System został ponownie uruchomiony, ponieważ strony HP zostały uruchomione przez sterowniki. Odbyli badania za pomocą kilku programów np. AIDA64,. Problem zaczyna się podczas uruchamiania typu benchmark do testu grafiki w tym momencie jest uruchamiany na platformie NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti. Problem nie został uruchomiony przy uruchomieniu na YouTube w 4K, a następnie uruchomiono grafikę do karty nawet z rozdzielczością 720 dpi, która uruchamia funkcję uruchamiania komputera lub zawieszenia, wraz z czarną konsolą na monitorze.

Zresetowany  CMOS, sprawdzając, czy jest zainstalowany system Windows 10, konieczne będzie zdemontowanie karty Wi-Fi - bluetooth i szukanie konfliktów z kartą muzyczną.

 

Proszę o szybką odpowiedź, bo spodziewam się, że nie jestem osamotniony w tym problemie
