I was playing a game then all of a sudden my screen went blank so I tried to restart it but it won’t pull up the screen to restart it, it is just a black screen but your able to move the mouse so I tried shutting it down completely pushed the off button and pulled out the cord but that didn’t work it is just a black screen with the mouse what can I do

What is the full model of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information.  Also, which operating system and version?
