Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk2000 Laptop PC (2P1Z8AV)

Actually few day ago when I power on my gaming pc I noticed that the keyboard is malfunctioning at the time of entering the password. Then after getting it unlock and using it for a while, I recognized that the ctrl key is malfunctioning then I go through HP support assistant and running the hardware diagnostics, I found that  my ctrl key is malfunctioning and get pressed automatically. so I want to solution problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
