Hello. I believe I have a defective Light Bar. It was more or less confirmed by HP customer support. I was informed that they had no light bars, which I find hard to believe, available to ship out to me. The CS rep suggested I return the 45L. I purchased a 3 year warranty, so I am hopeful that HP will have light bars available to ship out to owners before my 3 years are up. Anyone have any tips on ways to troubleshoot my issue? I have traced the connection and everything looks good. All of the other RGB pieces light up as expected. Could it be a faulty connection on the lighting control panel?
