Quick question, if my warranty is expired and my monitor screen broke, where i can fixed? Or any other solution.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

 

Unfortunately, replacement LCD panels are expensive, and likely going to cost you about 70–80+% of the price of a new monitor.

Search online for screen replacement quotations from different sites such as eBay and Amazon, but make sure you order a fully compatible LED replacement panel.

 

It is up to you to decide whether the cost of a replacement panel AND the trouble of actually replacing the panel &/or have it repaired is justified -honestly, in my opinion, you are better off buying a new monitor.
