I bought the
Dell AMD Radeon Hd 7570 1Gb Gddr5 Pcie X16 Dvi Displayport Video Card 4C5Dk Low Profile but my computer says ddr3 can I use it or can I upgrade to ddr5 if so how???

Hi:
The GDDR5 memory is onboard the graphics adapter, and that only concerns the memory speed the GPU runs at.
It will have no effect on the DDR3 system memory.
The card should work fine.
It is pretty powerful for the 240W power supply your PC has, but hopefully it will not be an issue.
The card has a max of a 60W power draw.
