I have had some issues with the Gaming Hub and the Rewards section ever since a challenge for a game key set a year-out draw date (when the normal draw is 24 hours).

I have tried to change my account and delete the app and reinstall, but the device still recognizes a registered rewards account. I want to know how I can completely unregister the original account, and start my Gaming Hub experience over without trying to have more than one account on the device.

@Kuy_Guy

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

That sounds really challenging! As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to reach out to our HP Smart Friend Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Smart Friend Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
