Desktop PC turns on after several attempts

for the last 2 days I have been experiencing a problem with my gaming desktop PC which is having difficulty turning on in the sense that it doesn't start the first time I click the power button but rather after 6/7 times. I tried to analyze all the components using the HP software provided "HP PC hardware diagnostics Windows" but it tells me that the PC is fine, what can I do to resolve this situation?

You should test your power supply unit (PSU).  This is one of many symptoms of a failing PSU.
