OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P6AV)

My HP Omen 30L kept getting stuck in sleep mode when after a while if I left it unattended it would go into sleep mode and I would have to turn it off at the plug and reboot it back up, so I looked only for a solution to fix the problem and I found one which was to update the system firmware in advance system updates not quite sure what it said now but I did that and clicked install. When I clicked install it went in to the BIOS page and it downloaded to 100% restarted itself and ever since then iv just had no signal to my monitor, it’s as if when I updated it it’s stopped using the video card (RTX 3060TI) and iv tried taking the cmos battery out and the jumper everything that could reset it but had no luck , I’m really stuck on what to do now with it as I haven’t got a way of resetting it back to how it was because it was working perfectly till I updated a file something called ( HP Firmware) something along the lines, any help would be appreciated

Hi

Sorry to hear this happened. This HP site may help: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04126730

You have tried some of the BIOS recovery steps at the above site.

Contact HP for factory service if you are in warranty. Contact a local tech if you are out of warranty. The tech may be able to reprogram the BIOS.

HP would probably:

Reprogram the BIOS chip

Replace this chip

Replace the MB
