Dear HP Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with my HP computer.
I am currently facing difficulties with my Switchable Graphics settings. Specifically, I am unable to find the appropriate method to disable Switchable Graphics on my system. The problem manifests itself when I launch Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO), where I encounter significant fluctuations in frame rates (FPS) upon each login.
Despite owning a relatively powerful PC that should handle CS:GO smoothly, I consistently encounter low FPS (around 30) upon initial login. However, upon subsequent logins, the FPS stabilizes at a normal rate (around 200). This issue persists with every re-login attempt, with the FPS alternately dropping to 30 or reaching the desired 200 FPS.
Given these inconsistencies, I am seeking guidance on how to effectively disable Switchable Graphics on my HP computer. I have explored various settings and options but have yet to find a resolution.
Could you please provide detailed instructions or guidance on how to disable Switchable Graphics and ensure consistent performance in CS:GO?
Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
