I was installing a pci-e sound card and found 2 thin black wires blocking the slot. I attempted to untape them from the bottom of the power supply but they let loose. Not sure if they connected to the mobo, or what. The other ends lead to a hole in the top of the case. Can anyone identify and tell me where they connect?

Your specs say you have WiFi.
Are you using WiFi or Ethernet on the desktop???
Are your WiFi antenna still connected???

That's good you posted the pictures.
The 2 connectors are for if you to add another WiFi device like maybe a WWAN or WPAN.
They should be no problem just make sure you keep them taped up.

Great thanks! I thought they were connected before, wasn't sure if it was to the motherboard someplace behind the videocard that I couldn't see.
