 Hi I have issue regarding keyboard 

Hp victus fa2xxxx 15 gaming laptop 

I have already raised the complaint and technician came to solve it and he had solved the problem for temporary but the same problem again i didn't want to continue with this laptop i want replace laptop with a new laptop

Anyone please help me to solve I had bought my laptop 3 months ago and I had the warranty.
