Product: Hp Omen 25l
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just cleaned the dust off on the mother board with air and tapped the outside lightly to remove some dirt when I plugged it back in and set everything up it starts to do this it will load for 5 seconds showing the bottling circle then freeze and stops displaying

@Antar5 , welcome to the Community.

 

When using canned air to clean the inside of a computer it is necessary to be extremely careful not to damage or disconnect components.  I suggest that you check all of the connections and capacitors to assure they are tight and not damaged.
