So....my HP Omen 25L has been delayed now, twice. Originally ordered on 23 March. Was delayed until today, and now delayed until the 21st. Anyway, Two weeks ago, I called in to ask if I could upgrade the power supply because I have a 3070 and a 500w power supply, NVIDIA recommends a 650. The support person told me that it was already built so no modifications could be made and that I could expect my computer on the expected date. Does this happen often? Delays I can understand, lying I cannot. I have to say that Dell customer service has been a much better experience for me so far.

I know all vendors including HP are trying to do their best to bring their products to customers. But with on-going Covid-19 pandemic, everything is unpredictable. I believe high priority now is vaccine therefore only God knows when things would be going back to normal.
Please wait, it will come.
