Hi i bought this monitor for ps5 and ps5 I connected it to a 5 years old computer using hdmi and I tried to change monitor refresh rate but it wasnt showing 144hz option is there any other way to change refresh rate or any solutions someone please help?

Do you mean you connect to a 5 years old computer with HDMI port ? No you can't older computers only have HDMI 1.2 and they support 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz max.

@Hassan7861   To add to Banhien's answer, you would need a PC with a dedicated graphics card that has Displayport output to connect that monitor to.  Most modern cards now come with DP-1.2.  Then you can enable it in Windows graphics settings.
