Whenever I download anything, though games are a priority, my wifi spikes violently from zero back to my usual 30mbps. Now I assumed it was the wifi accept it’s only THIS computer, and ONLY downloads. I can play multiple games with intensive wifi needs and be fine but if I’m downloading ANYTHING  it begins to go haywire. I’ve done a factory reset, attached an Ethernet, nothing is working and I’d like to know if anyone has any solutions.
