Hello,

 

I would like to escalate a systemic issue with my OMEN 25L Gaming desktop that systemically freezes up and triggers frequent BSODs, often multiple times per day. Often times I'll need to attempt to reboot multiple times before my desktop finally boots as the start up process will freeze when the Omen screen appears just after powering up.

 

I've had this machine for just over a year and I've opened 7 tickets for this issue over the past 12 months. After multiple troubleshooting sessions and OS resets, my machine was sent to HP Product Repair a month ago where the motherboard was replaced. After the machine was returned  a couple of weeks back, I started experiencing the same issue once again and contacted support. Once again, after a trouble shooting session, the support person said that my case would be escalated, only to let me know today that they were recommending that my machine be sent to HP Product Repair once again.

 

After a year of having a machine that has been of limited usefulness, I would like to escalate to see if there's another path forward here given the on-going issues that I've had.
