Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I plugged in the charger one day,when the laptop was off it was showing me a white light(which means it is 100%) but when i turn it on(now there is a orange light blinking) it was on 0 charge and it isn't rising.
I ran a diagnostic test and something was wrong with the battery
FAILURE ID: 9LGHX0-BR8CAE-MFPWXG-CA2L03
Can u please tell me what this failure id means and how to solve this issue?
[HP Victus laptop 15 12th gen , intel i5 core,rtx 3050]
