HP PAVILION 690-0075ns
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP community, i have an issue with my gaming pc, i have HP PAVILION 690-0075ns operated with i5-9400f + gtx 1650, 8gb RAM and 350W Power supply. The issue is that i have fps drops in most fps games like CS:GO and Fortnite, the issue is that my fps is not stabled, and is dropping from 225-300 all the time, the OS is completely new without any viruses, also, the pc is brand new and clean, so no throttling is being used on My CPU. All the drivers are new and installed, BIOS is updated to the latest version. Tell me what should i do, On the video you can see how the fps is dropping

Hello @ENZOCS

Looks like you're playing the Betway Aim Challenge.

On you vid, I'm seeing the fps run between 150-250. I don't know that this might be normal. Its not dropping to an unplayable rate like from 250 to 20.

Im not a CSGO player, but I just picked up a laptop with an RTX 2060 (but also an i7-9750h) and I'll see if I can grab it in the next day or two and see how it reacts.

Thank you, i will wait for your feeback, and yes, looking at the fact that i have a 4.1gh cpu with a 4gb graphics card and all the textures are on low, the fps has to be stabled ,and should give constant 300+ fps 🙂

Hi,

Photoray002 has taken a temporary leave of absence.

A response from Photoray002 may take a while.
