Fans running at 100% speed all the time, and i have tried everything. I installed a new fan, and cleaned out the insides of the fan, but nothing works. Any fan control program isn't working either. The BIOS are no help either, as they only display fan statistics. Help?

I'm afraid the fan cannot be controlled as such, there's no option to have it always on/off, as the same is system managed, that said, is the device overheating due to the fan, or is it causing any issues? If not, there's nothing to worry about.

 

If yes, You may want to click here and go through the suggested steps to work on fan spinning constantly creating eat issues, which could lead to performance lags as well.
