Product: Omen desktop

Occasionally when I'm gaming the fans will spin fast (not sure which fan) and screen will go black. I have to do a hard restart after a few minutes. I'm not sure about the temps because I have to restart the system and I have no display when the fan spins really fast.

 

PC is under warranty, but I'm curious if it can be fixed without sending it in

Go to the device's support page and see if you have BIOS updates, that's the first step you have to do.
