Frame Skipping at 75Hz

HP Omen 32"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I bought the HP Omen 32 monitor from Amazon and today I've got it. I got a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 and I thought it would not cause any problems with the monitor ... If I set the image refresh rate above 60, the images go to shots and the sites where the fps tests are done clearly note the "frame skipping." Is there a solution to that or my purchase was totally useless since it can only be used at 60hz by nvidia owners? Thank you in advance

Frame Skipping at 75Hz

Judging by what manual says and what people write on forums & in the reviews I think the higher framerates are only guaranteed if you use AMD card.

Some people with nVidia seem to experience 'frame skipping', others don't. Not sure why (there's a chance that the latter did not actually switch to 75Hz).

If I were you and really liked this monitor, I would just set it to 60Hz and enjoy.
