 I have a HPZ 220 CMT motherboard only no wires. I need to know how to wire it up. I cannot find anything online about it

Maybe this YouTube HP Z220 SFF teardown and upgrade guide can assist.

 

The Z220: SFF case and CMT case configurations might be a little different but components and wiring should be similar.

 

I could not find any YouTube videos tailored to the Z220 CMT case.
