I'd like to ask about gcash promotions. I haven't received any email from phpromotions after i processed the claim steps.

This appears to be a regional Promotion -

There is a promotion listed for this year - " HP GCash summer promotion 2025  "

The Terms & Conditions explains the promotion and the details that govern customer participation --

The promotion requires the customer to provide private information to the promoter and includes rules and limitations.

Dragon Opinion

After a quick read, it appears the Terms document does not include any expectation that HP will respond to any inquires about the promotion, including whether or not the process actually works as expected. 

The document seems to indicate that once you submit your form and provide your private information to the Promoters that you must wait or perhaps try to contact the Promotion group.
