Hello my pc recently arrived and when I was playing games on it I had noticed a whining noise coming from the pc so I researched it and it might be coming from the gpu and I was wondering if that was covered in my warranty because I would like to get the pc exchanged or refunded.

the computer, is guaranteed, so if it has a defect, it must be repaired!
For options, refund exchange can be complicated, depending on the place of purchase!
See to start, if not purchased on the hp store, from your seller!
If purchased from hp, contact them directly!
check the guarantee / refund conditions of your country
