@BBD321 , welcome to the Community.
The specifications for your computer don't list the wattage of the PSU. The video card requires a minimum of 300W to operate properly. Here is a HP Knowledge Base article to tell you what to consider when adding or upgrading your video card.
The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP. There are two PSU's that should work for you: 400W (L069242-800) and 500W (L05757-800). Here is the 400W PSU on HP PartSurfer. You will have to contact HP Customer Support to see if the 500W is compatible and if the have either to sell you. Here is a Chart that shows where I got this information. Your exact model is not listed in the chart, but all Baker motherboards have the same connectors.
