I am looking to upgrade my PC, but I don't know what GPUs would be compatible with my PC. The link to the computer is here :https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-gaming-desktop-amd-ryzen-7-2700-16gb-memory-amd-radeon-rx-580-4gb-1t...

The HP 690 is a series, and the 0034 is the model number. According to HP, their OEM RX 580 is150W. But other manufacturers rate their RX 580's at 185W. The PSU is an HP proprietary designed PSU. It is not an off the shelf item.
As you have an AMD processor with that Sunflower board, my spreadsheet, as shown here, has minor value, but it will give you some examples. Lets be honest, Nvidia owns the GPU market. The max available PSU is a 500W model, the L05757-800, and could support a 225W card, just be cautious of card length.
Remember your Ryzen 7-2600 is the top CPU for that Sunflower board. Serious gaming is a combination of CPU, motherboard RAM, and the GPU card with its RAM.
You 128GB M.2 SSD is rather small, so you might want to consider re-assigning folder
