Hello, so I bought the tg01 1160xt on Amazon, it states that it has an i3 10100 and 1650 super well when I got it, it says on windows it has only a 1650 could this be a bios problem or did the seller swap out the gpu?

Hi:
Your PC is a CTO model series which means that it is a Configured to Order PC and can come with several different components.
Resellers can order CTO PCs with any of the parts listed in the CTO parts list.
Below is the link to the parts list for the TG01-1160xt CTO.
If yours came with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX1650 Super 4GB FH PCIe graphics adapter the difference between that card and a 'regular' GTX1650 is the type of graphics memory it has.
I doubt the card would be described as a 'super' video card in Windows.
The GTX1650 comes with GDDR5 VRAM, and the GTX1650 Super comes with GDDR6 VRAM.
Run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below and it should tell you what speed video memory your Nvidia graphics adapter came with.
If it has GDDR5 graphics memory, then your PC has the GTX1650.
If it has GDDR6 memory, then your PC has the GTX1650 Super.
