Microsoft Windows 11

Ever since I got my pc just before september I have been experiencing crashes for zero reason. no warnings no errors no nothing. just crashing. the screen flickers between black and the normal screen for like half a seccond then it crashes. the timings are random as well its not specific it just randomly crashes. Every game I play except from valorant crashes without error or warning. even small games like roblox. its very annoying.

Drivers are all updated

No overclocks - however I tried undervolting/underclocking and that didnt help either

everything is on default on my pc

windows was originally windows 10 but I upgraded to windows 11 as it feels better for me and looks better, windows 11 or 10 makes 0 difference as it happened to me when I had windows 10 still.

I have reset the pc to factory state 2 times now that didnt help

I am thinking its a issue with my graphics card but what could it be?

I am connected to 2 displays one of them is a Samsung 240hz 1080p Gaming monitor the 2nd one is a msi optix 75hz 1080p gaming monitor.

the 240hz one is connected via displayport and the msi one is connected via hdmi

I have disconnected the 2nd monitor and that didnt change anything

nothing I have done so far helped

My pc handles every game fine with a stable frame rate and no signs of any issues and it just randomly crashes.

I am really starting to get frustrated as I have tried everything possible.

I hope someone here could help me, thank you.

Have you tried different hdmi and display port cables?  I've had issues with cables before and it's an easy thing to check.   Forgive me if I missed it, but which video card do you have?

Rtx 3080. I don’t have any other cables at hand but i doubt that’s what’s causing a crash

I saw that you tested with the 2nd monitor disconnected.  Did you also try it with the 1st monitor disconnected.   If not it's worth a try.  With these cables and their digital content protection sometimes things could get flakey and the way you said that your screen flickers between black and normal made me think of the cables.  Other than that, check that the power connections are all seated firmly especially to the video card and make sure the video card is not using a splitter off from one power cable.  I believe the 3080 is going to need two power cables and I've seen videos where people run one power cable and then split that to the power plugs on the gpu and that isn't providing enough power under load for the gpu.  Also try reseating the gpu.   You say temps aren't an issue because that was going to be something to look into too for cpu and gpu.   Make sure ram is seated too and even try troubleshooting there too by removing one stick and testing etc.

Video card drivers can also be a big issue.   I know you have updated to the latest drivers, but sometimes the latest aren't the best.   I've been updating nvidia graphics drivers since the first geforce card came out in the late 90's and before that with 3dfx voodoo graphics card drivers so I have seen some really bad driver releases during all that time.   There is always the chance that your gpu itself is defective.  I actually had a couple nvidia cards that I had to rma over the years.
