HP Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am experiencing computer crashes on my HP gaming computer. The computer will **bleep** off and then come up to the HP logo as if it has been restarted. The computer then goes black and then comes up to a pixilated screen. It then shuts off and continues repeatedly in the same manner. I have brought the computer back through factory resets but eventually it happens again. I have run diagnostics on the hard drive and RAM; all sat. I also have checked that all the updates are current, including drivers. When it happens the computer is either just being used for internet or computer work to games, therefore I can’t narrow down the issue. Any thoughts? It’s not even a year old. Included a picture of the pixilated screen.

This is a warranty issue. Be prepared to clone the hard drive or at least save all data files.
