Hello,
About 2 month’s ago, I bought and HP Laptop 15-dh1xxx. Due to previous matters, I factory reset my entire computer a couple of days ago. Now, out of the blue in the middle of the day, my Omen Gaming Hub wouldn’t full open. When I clicked on the application, the loading screen appeared but nothing else showed up after a few seconds. The loading screen closed but the application still had the blue bar underneath, showing it is opened.
I’ve tried reseting my computer but I don’t want to factory reset it again. I need to open it soon because the fan is left on max and I can’t shut it off.
