My hp gaming pc used to perform really well over 200+ fps any game i throw at, it it has Ryzen 5 4600g 6 cores 12 threads NVidia GeForce 1650 super 8 gb ram double channeled 256gb ssd and 1 tb hdd.
My games were running perfectly fine until one day it started to stutter in games i install windows 8 10 and 11 and none of them helped. I found out that for some reason storing my games in my internal hard drive wasnt a good idea for my pc but normally that's what you should do, when i put my games on my ssd it started to stutter less however you can still se a lot of stuttering please someone help, before it wasnt like this.

@cinar6161 , welcome to the Community.
What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant. Once I have this information I will help you further.

Thank you for the additional information, @cinar6161!
It is difficult to know from the HP information how long you have had your computer. If it has been a year or more, it may be time to do a full system reset. Over time, installing and uninstalling apps can leave information that will slow down your computer's performance. Also, you should clean the inside of the case thoroughly to assure that it is not being slowed by heat developing.

@cinar6161, it is time to contact HP Customer Support. You should not be having this type of problem with a new computer. It will most likely only get worse.
