Hello,i got a new laptop one week a go,hp victus ci5 12th gen,but with first day i was getting bsod,freezes and crashes with a crackling sound and then bsod,,,i tried everything with the software,i reinstalled the window 3 times,but it was getting worse and at last no display the capslock blinks then i installed a new ram this time the pc starts but again having the same problems again...please help me

Recommendation and solution

 

It is probably due to the instability of Windows 11 22H2. The Windows build version is new and not perfect so it will get some bug fixes in the future. You may need to downgrade to Windows 11 21H2 to regain stability.

Try it one last time ...

 

(1) Backup <all> personal data (documents/pictures/videos etc...) to external <USB hard drive>

 

(2Please reinstall your operating system !

You need to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>

Hello i tried these but this didnt work,so i extended the ram now its 16gb,it worked for sometime,i used the laptop for 2 days no bsod again,,,but now again the same problems....do you think the rams the rams are overlocked or any other issue ?
