How of a god upgrade can this thing get up to and how far into upgrading can it go with the gpu and with also asking can I transfer all the pc components into a whole other pc case or will that cause damage to the parts or not??

Sorry to tell you but that little system is maxed out already as far as a GPU is concerned. It uses proprietary parts through HP. The power supply cannot be upgraded any further than it is and the motherboard will be problematic to add to another case.
Besides, the power support required for that Links motherboard is also proprietary.
HP makes these little systems cheap to fit a basic consumer need for those who just want to turn it on out of the box and forget it. Ergo why they did not build them to be modified.
You would do best to look into a new system. If you really want control, consider building one from scratch.
