Last weekend, my monitor shuts off while gaming. It says "no signal". The fan then start speed up. Sound from the game is still out putting, just the screen ture black. When I turn off then turn on my PC again and then upgrade the driver of the graphics card. Its still not working. I pull my Omen gaming hub out and try using keyshot to render some image to show where the problem is. When I use the GPU and heat it to 77-78 degree, my screen just turn black. I searched online, not many people have the same issue. I want to know what is the problem and whether I need to fix it myself or returing it back to let you fix it. Thanks for help.

hi
I find it curious that you can't find others with the same problem.
here alone, there are a few..
the computer overheats, it goes into safety and/or where the graphics card is faulty
If you are under warranty, contact the reseller, or hp support
Do a test with the game by lowering the graphics settings to the bottom, to see if it continues

You find it curious that you can’t find others with the same problem… read. Half the post are claiming black screen, no hdmi signal, fans spin at 100% no image, gpu overheating, and no display but discord still works
