Graphics card compatibility for z400 workstation

HP Recommended
Z400
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently bought a hp z400 workstation and was planning to upgrade it with Radeon Rx 460, until I found out that Rx 460 had compatibility issue with some old hardwares. Is my Z400 workstation compatible with this graphics card? It has sox ddr3 ram slot, so I know this workstation is the newer version of z400.

@TrashGameDev, welcome to the forum.

You should check the BIOS to see if it is UEFI.  HP began using UEFI in mid-October, 2012.  This is reason that you have read that the card had problems with older hardware.  The BIOS can't be upgraded to UEFI.
