The question is pretty simple.  My original HD died.  I bought a new HD and tried to install windows and It wouldn't install.  I called omen support and they had me make a recovery drive.  That almost worked but I believe the flash drive was faulty.  I then purchased a new flash drive and when I went to do the cloud recovery it said my product ID was invalid.  I checked up here on the website and got the same response 

You could query if your system has been supported by HP Cloud Recovery Tool by input Product ID below.
