Greetings @MikemanDK

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Is the 25L PC you are looking at new or pre-owned? It would be good if you could check the internals to see what's going on in there.

This YouTube video should give you a good tour of the HP 25L case. HP may use different MBs, having different specifications, in the 25L case.

The system drive installed in the YouTuber's PC is an M.2 NVME drive. This drive looks like a blue stick of gum.

There are two 3.5 inch HDD cages at the front of the YouTuber's case. The YouTuber has one HDD installed.

I would think the HP installed power supply in the PC you may purchase provides SATA power cables for, at least, two drives.

I would also think the installed HP MB in your 25L PC you may purchase has open SATA data headers/ports but I really don't know.

I think I see an open SATA data header/port on the YouTuber's MB. The open SATA header/port is located at the edge of the MB, near the front of the 25L case, close to the M.2 drive socket.
