Product: Pavillion Desktop tp01
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have an HP Pavillion Desktop tp01 which has 2 HDMI ports and a VGA port and the problem is that only one of the HDMI ports works but the other 2 do not and this allows me to be able to use only one screen instead of 2 or 3 screens.

I tried to fix it but it's all in vain. I also tried to connect an HDMI adapter to the working HDMI port where I tried to connect both screens but Windows duplicates them only detecting only one connected screen. I also tried to use the VGA port but nothing changes. Can you help me? Thanks.
