I previously had an Advanced menu option between Boot Options and Exit in the BIOS Menu on my 45L.
This had different RAM profile options - Default, Custom XMP 1 and XMP2. This has now disappeared. The BIOS version is F.08.
What is going on?
I have removed the stock RAM and now reinserted it, so the system is in its original state. I mention this in case it is relevant.
Is there any way of reflashing the BIOS to get this menu option back? Overclocking the RAM in the HP Omen Gaming app does not work now either, the speed stays at 3200.
Thanks very much for your help.

Okay, I think I have sussed this out now.
I attempted to add two further sticks of RAM to take the memory up to 32gb. That must have been when the Advanced options became available. This was not compatible with the stock RAM and so I couldn't get above 2400 speed.
The Advanced options are not available when you have the stock HyperX RAM in and only that RAM. It becomes available when you have extra RAM sticks or different RAM sticks.
After reinstalling Omen Gaming Hub, the Overclocking RAM option does work now.
