HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a260

Something might be wrong in a few minutes but it's all working great now. I have been having problems with Microsoft for quite some time now. Was wondering if anyone could tell me the best way to get them out of my computer and by extension my home. Downloads to replace their drivers a box and a match whatever will work the cheapest and fast. I'm using my Chromebook at the moment because I took down all security and left it to the Facebook masses. I have no privacy as long as Microsoft and their products are in it

Hi @JenniferCaudill,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Identify the specific problem you are experiencing with Microsoft products. Are you having trouble with a specific application, like Microsoft Office or Edge browser, or is it a system-wide issue?

its more of a privacy and security issue. I can't really talk about it yet but when I know for sure what it is that I'm seeing I will try to clue you in. In the meantime I have figured out how to prevent the apps, bots, and programs from accessing my machine so I do feel a bit more secure.
Thanks for your concern I really do appreciate it
