Original issue description: On some of the online pages, and in the Hp Support Assistant on the computer, the warranty shows as expired, or as expiring June 2020. The Care Package I purchased was for three years. Please correct this. Also, in Omen Command Center, the CPU Utilization shows as -1 constantly. GPU Utilization shows correctly. In Task Manager, the CPU is showing activity. How may this be corrected?
Microsoft Update updated my computer to Windows 10 Version 2004. That fixed the issue with the CPU Utilization not displaying correctly in Omen Command Center. I assume a driver was updated during the update process. What action is being taken to resolve the Care Pack Warranty information being displayed incorrectly online and within HP Support Assistant? On at least one web-page the correct expiration date is displayed, on all other pages, the expiration date is incorrect. I do not want to wait until this computer needs service, only to find out the warranty I paid for has expired, when it is a 3 year plan.

Hello @JamesSNelson
Just to let you know, this forum is not connected with HP Warranty Support Services. That is a separate entity from the forum.
The best way to get help with that is to contact them directly. Case numbers mean nothing to us here as we don't have access to HP data.
Use this link and connect with a representative directly (unless you already have the contact info)...
