HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000a (2Z6E1AV)

Hi HP Support,

I'm trying to create a recovery USB for my HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2000a
(Product number: 567L1EA#UUW, Serial number:Edited) using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool.

I used the correct product ID and serial number.

Additional context:

I originally tried a clean Windows installation using the Media Creation Tool,
but it did not work properly — some old system settings like power plans were kept, even after formatting.
Because of this, I used KillDisk to completely wipe the hard drive for a fresh start.

When the regular Windows install failed to fully reset everything, I turned to HP Cloud Recovery Tool,
but now that doesn’t work either — because the SUP file for my product is missing from HP’s servers.

Please help. I need a clean factory recovery image for my system.

Thank you,
Rami

@SupremeRAMY22, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

We see that you're attempting to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool for your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2000a (Product No: 567L1EA#UUW), but the process fails because the SUP file (Software Update Package) cannot be fetched.

Please try these steps,

Verify Tool and Product Entry

Use the latest HP Cloud Recovery Tool (you can download it from HP official site here- HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support).

Double-check that you're entering the exact product number: 567L1EA#UUW (including #UUW).

Ensure there are no typos or trailing spaces in the Product ID or Serial Number fields.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
